Rememberances and any design where personalization has been requested will require a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the  cost of the item will be due when the order is placed.   This is because the item is to be custom-made for YOU.   I expect turn around time to vary depending on what you order and the  amount of personalization requested.  We will discuss this as it will be on an item by item basis.  

Orders will be posted using USPS Parcel Post for envelopes(cross-stitch) and Priority Mail Flat Rate($9.80 in continental US) for toys and large orders.  If you would prefer something else, please let me know.  Shipping charges are not included in the prices quoted.
